Methodologies

What you don't see...

The success of a project is not limited to the realization of the delivered solution. We pay particular attention to project management methodologies, eco-design practices and the requirement for rigorous code review and testing .

This global approach allows us to work efficiently, responsibly and transparently, while guaranteeing the sustainability, performance and reliability of each digital project.

Plan

Project management

At Antallis, project management is a key issue. We adapt our management methods according to the nature of the project, its complexity and the constraints of our clients. Two main approaches coexist and can be combined:

  • Classic approaches (V-cycle, Kanban):
The V-cycle offers a structured and sequential vision of the project, ideal for clearly defined needs from the start. This method facilitates planning and makes it possible to secure each step before moving on to the next. At the same time, Kanban, which comes from lean management, focuses on visualizing the workflow and reducing deadlines, thus improving fluidity and responsiveness.

  • Agile approaches (Scrum, XP):
Agile methods, such as Scrum or Extreme Programming (XP), encourage continuous adaptation, stakeholder involvement, and incremental delivery of features. Through short sprints, regular synchronization points, and open communication, the team quickly anticipates necessary adjustments and focuses on adding value at each stage of the project.

Eco-design

Server Installation

Eco-design goes beyond technical efficiency or user comfort: it is part of a global approach that respects the environment and resources. It involves thinking about the ecological impact of the digital product right from the design phase.

At Antallis, we integrate the principles of eco-design to reduce energy consumption, optimize code, limit data redundancy and extend the life of equipment. This responsible approach allows us to deliver solutions that are efficient, sustainable and meaningful, in line with the values we share with our customers.

QA

Quality is a fundamental pillar of our methodologies. Before each production launch, our teams implement a series of rigorous tests (unit tests, integration tests, performance tests, security tests) to ensure that the solution fully meets functional, technical and ergonomic requirements. Our Quality Assurance (QA) processes also include an in-depth code review to detect and correct potential performance, maintenance or security issues. This preventive approach guarantees the reliability, stability and sustainability of the tools we develop, thus offering Antallis customers the peace of mind of using solid, scalable solutions that meet their expectations.
